SHP Exclusive (A)

1. Saudi Govt. hasn’t published Hajj Service costs yet, hence package prices are tentative and may change as per Saudi and BD Govt Hajj Policies.

2. Package prices are based on currency exchange rates and may vary as per changes in Saudi Riyal or USD rates.

3. Package features will be finalized gradually based on information availability, budget and our clients’ feedbacks and opinions, inshaAllah.

4. Clients will be updated about packages on a regular basis through Hajj Training Sessions, Telegram Channel and Whatsapp group.

5. Hajj flight can be any BD Govt approved hajj flight (Saudia/Biman/Flynas etc.) with economy class airticket.

6. Travel dates are tentative and depends on moon sighting, Airlines’ allocation and Saudi authority’s arrangement.

7. All packages include regular D Category tents in Mina & Arafah and for any upgrade (if available) additional cost will be applied.

8. All packages don’t include reserved bus service during hajj days, in case reserved bus service becomes obligatory by Saudi Govt. policies then additional price will be added to the package price. Reserved bus cost was 30000BDT per person in 2025.

9. Qurbani fee is not included in the packages. Qurbani may become prerequisite for Hajj Visa in that case Hajis will be required to pay Qurbani payment in addition to the package price before applying for Hajj visa.

10. All package include desi food catering company, incase Saudi catering company becomes obligatory by Saudi Govt. then food prices will be increased.

11. Distances are measured from Masjid Courtyard (chottor) to the hotel at straight line distance.

12. All Short Package Hajis (Short 1-5) need to purchase return tickets to exit from Saudi and is not included in the package price.

13. Ziyarah (visiting historical sites) in Makkah and Madinah are included in all packages except E, F, G & H. However, special arrangements for these package hajis may be arranged based on Saudi Authority rules.

14. Additional trips like Taif, Jeddah, Badar, Museums etc can be arranged with additional costs for those who want to avail these trips.

15. All short packages include airport transfer by bus for return flight. Private transport for airport transfers can be arranged with additional cost.

16. Flight dates are entirely upon the airlines’ allocations and hajis with same package duration may get split into multiple flights. All hajis have to abide by the flight allocation from the airlines.

17. Standard hotel means non star Saudi Govt. approved regular hotels.

18. For packages (C-D) 2-3 persons per room sharing is conditional and is based on room availability and room allocation by Hotel authority.

19. Aziziyah stay for all packages is between 10-16 days it includes 6 days of Hajj. So hajis will stay in Aziziyah between 4-10 days outside of Hajj days.

20. All the above packages are based on initial Govt. policies and to provide an idea to the respected hajis. Shepherds reserves the right not to offer any packages if any significant problem arise. In that case Shepherds will inform the hajis of those affected packages and will come up with a mutually benefitted solution.

21. Further Conditions will apply as per Pre-Registration Forms, Registration Forms and Final Service Contract.
